CueHarbors is an app for cue rental, equipment browsing, order management, and member services. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and delete information related to your use of CueHarbors, and how you can manage your personal information.
1. Information We Collect
To provide the core services of CueHarbors, we may process the following information when you actively use related features:
- Account information: your name, email address, and login credentials submitted during registration or sign-in, used to create your member account, verify identity, and maintain account security.
- Shipping and contact information: recipient name, delivery address, postal code, and notes, used to complete rental delivery, receipt confirmation, and after-sales support.
- Order and transaction information: selected cues, rental duration, payment method, deposit and refund status, and order progress, used to process and fulfill orders and support record lookup.
- Service records within your account: favorites, comparisons, preference settings, wallet activity, and support chat records, used to display history, improve service continuity, and handle support issues.
The current version does not require access to your contacts, photo library, microphone, camera, or location in order to use the app.
2. How We Use Information
- To complete account registration, sign-in, identity verification, and member management.
- To display cue rental information, generate orders, and track rental periods, deposits, and refund progress.
- To save shipping addresses, order history, and support records for future lookup, repeat rentals, or after-sales communication.
- To maintain app security and handle abnormal orders, repeated sign-ins, or data cleanup after account deletion.
- To show content related to your current account based on the features you use, and not for unrelated commercial marketing.
3. Storage and Protection of Information
- We retain relevant information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the service purpose and try to keep retention periods as short as possible.
- We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
- When you no longer use a feature, or when information no longer needs to be retained, we will delete or anonymize it based on the applicable business scenario.
4. Sharing and Disclosure
- We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not provide it to unrelated third parties.
- We disclose information only when necessary to complete a service you explicitly request, or when required by applicable law or regulation.
- The current version does not share personal information for third-party advertising purposes.
5. Your Rights
You have the right, subject to applicable law, to access, correct, update, or delete information related to your account, and to stop using the related services.
- You can manage account details such as your name, sign-in status, and shipping addresses within the app.
- You can request deletion of your account and its primary associated data through the account deletion feature.

6. Account Deletion
To meet iOS platform requirements for account deletion, CueHarbors provides an in-app deletion entry. After signing in, you can open the Account page in the app and use Delete Account Now to submit the request directly.
- Once deletion is completed, access to the account will be disabled immediately.
- Shipping addresses, order records, support chat records, wallet activity, and other content associated with the account will be deleted and usually cannot be recovered.
- If a limited amount of transaction data must be retained by law, we will delete or anonymize it after the legally required minimum retention period expires.
If you only plan to stop using the service temporarily, you do not need to delete your account. Once deletion is completed, related member data cannot be restored.
7. Protection of Minors
CueHarbors is primarily intended for users who can place orders and rent equipment independently. If a guardian believes that a minor has submitted personal information without permission, please contact us through the support email and we will handle the issue as soon as reasonably possible after verification.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this privacy policy when business features, applicable laws, or data processing practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
